Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Optician/manager to join our team at Vivid eyecare in Brampton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional eye care services and assisting customers in selecting the perfect eyewear.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle needs
- Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses fitting
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Process orders and maintain accurate patient records
- Work closely with optometrists to ensure seamless patient care

Skills:
- Proficiency in optical dispensing and fitting
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to optometry
- Strong sales skills to recommend appropriate products
- Experience in optical laboratory work preferred
- Retail management or retail sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic health records system is advantageous
